Course Overview
This is an online training conducted jointly by Ummeed and CanChild and focuses on 'PARTICIPATION’ as a key to working with children and youth with developmental disabilities. PREP is a unique evidence-based intervention approach, which helps measure and track participation-based outcomes which are collaboratively arrived upon with the child and the families.
This training runs over a period of three months with live-interactive sessions, case-based discussions and reflective mentorship sessions. The faculty includes professionals, parents of children with developmental disabilities, and self-advocates.
